Underwear and Swimwear

We manufacture men’s and women’s underwear, as well as swimwear and beachwear, designed for fashion collections and specialised product series. The production of these garments requires high precision, careful selection of materials and stable garment construction in order to ensure comfort and durability during wear.

Our team has experience in working with various knitted and functional fabrics intended for underwear and beachwear.

Materials

For the production of underwear we use high-quality knitted fabrics that provide comfort and good elasticity.

The materials used include:

– cotton knitted fabrics
– cotton blends
– Tencel™
– Lyocell

These fabrics provide softness, good breathability and comfort during prolonged wear.

For the production of swimwear and beach garments we use specialised functional fabrics of high quality, including recycled fibres such as ECONYL® and other sustainable materials designed for garments exposed to water and sunlight.

Production

The production of underwear and swimwear requires particular attention to detail and the use of high-quality components.

We use:

– customised elastic bands for underwear
– high-quality elastic bands resistant to sea salt and UV exposure
– specialised accessories suitable for swimwear and beachwear

These elements ensure shape stability and durability of the garments during active use.

Sustainable Materials

As part of our approach to more sustainable production, we use materials with a lower environmental impact, including:

– sewing threads made from recycled plastic bottles
– zippers made from recycled plastic
– packaging produced from biodegradable materials

These solutions make it possible to create products that combine high quality with a more responsible use of resources.
